I decided to become a Social Carer because I have always had a strong desire to help those in need and make a positive difference in people's lives. I believe my compassionate nature and ability to connect with others will allow me to be effective in providing support and care to those who require it. My willingness to listen, empathise , and offer assistance gives me confidence that I can excel in this role. As a social carer, some of my passions cooking, drawing, painting include supporting individuals in need, advocating for those who require assistance, and promoting equality and inclusivity. My skills in active listening, empathy, and communication enable me to connect with others effectively. In my free time, I enjoy volunteering at community centers, attending workshops on mental health awareness, and engaging in activities that enhance my understanding of diverse cultures and backgrounds. These interests and experiences contribute to my ability to provide compassionate care and support to those I work with as a social carer.
