Over the past years I have worked with regular clients and have seen how meaningful human connection can truly change lives. I bring experience supporting people from different stages of life and genuinely enjoy the conversations, stories, and wisdom that come with these connections. I also have experience supporting people living with anxiety, depression, autism spectrum, and borderline personality disorder, which has taught me the importance of patience, empathy, and consistency. I would describe myself as calm, down to earth, and curious, with a broad worldly perspective. I love exploring new things and find happiness in the small details of everyday life. I also have experience in coaching, which has strengthened my ability to listen, support, and encourage people in a gentle and empowering way. Creativity and a love of nature are a big part of who I am.
