Because I am patient, understanding, a good listening, engaging, empathetic and I genuinely enjoy helping people.^& ^&If I am working with a young male/man for a big part of the day I would do something like the following if they were interested; > Go for a walk to a local park and shoot some hoops, talk about basketball (offer guidance on improving if they were interested) > Once having played for a certain amount of time we could walk to the local grocery store (or drive depending on distance, weather and willingness) and buy ingredients specific to what the individual I'm working with would like to eat and I would use my meal prep and nutrition knowledge to help them make it but in a healthier way if it wasn't initially like that. > We would then make our way back to their place and cook the food together while we stay on topic and I can help educate them on all the processes and food ingredients if they are curious about it.^&
