Heading into my Nursing degree, I feel very comfortable in the role of helping others in every day life. Having been a former nanny, substitute teacher, aged care cleaner, and end-of-life caregiver, I have played a role in many peoples lives and loved building those connections, creating a safe and fun environment, and working one on one with someone in need. I am currently working towards my Diploma and Bachelor of Nursing here on the Gold Coast. Though I do not currently hold a formal cert or diploma yet, I have ample experience in helping others with various disabilities and everyday challenges. Coming from Seattle Washington, I immediately fell in love with the ocean here in Australia where I got my dive masters cert and enjoy every minute in and near the ocean. I thrive being outside in the sun, going for a beach walk, or riding my bike. I also love to take personal time to read, do puzzles, crochet, and bake.
