In my early to mid adult life I was surrounded by lots of family members so there was always a variety of activities such as playing soccer, dancing, interaction with family and friends who ranged from new born to the elderly. I have always been a good listener and a person people like to reach out to talk to or a shoulder to lean on. I have looked after my own 3 children, 3 step-children and now my grandson. I also help my mother with things she is not able to do . This has helped me understand a range of personalities and feel good helping others. I have volunteered for over 2 years with an elderly lady in my community to keep her company, take her to the shops, play games or whatever it is she may need. I find this very rewarding and I have made a lovely friend out of it as well. I am a very empathetic, friendly and caring person, always willing to learn and get to know others whilst showing respect. I am very customer focused and that has been partially because of my personality and due to my working life and dealing with people face to face or on the phone on a daily basis. I type quick and am pretty good with technology, no expert but handy with it. I read people well and at times have reached out to them which later they have thanked me as it has helped them in some way. I am passionate about helping anyone who needs assistance to make improvements in their life. I enjoy salsa dancing, zumba, going to the beach either for a walk along the sand or in the water, I also like quite time as silence is food for my soul, I watch self help videos by motivational and spiritual speakers. Love dogs as I also find them therapeutic for my well-being.
