Hi there, I previously worked in the disability sector working with clients to improve their lifestyle and wellbeing experiences through a range of community involvement activities. This involved designing and implementing programs and activities for clients with high care needs, maintaining positive relationships with them and their families, and empowering clients to achieve their Health and Wellbeing goals. I was known for my energy, enthusiasm, and warm-hearted approach to my role. I have experience looking after of all age groups, people who had autism, intellectual disabilities, motor neurone disease, brain cancer, dementia, depression, physical disabilities, physical injury and all the things that come with aging. I have had 5 years’ experience volunteering in the social & light housework & medical appointments area in an over 55’s accommodation complex. During that time, I helped people from the age of 64 – 99. I have a gold driver’s license which I have had for 27 years. I have my own car. I enjoy going out to attractions, bush walking, the beach, going out for coffee ice skating, the movies, live shows, kayaking, football games, and so on.
