I love being able to support people in living more independently, confidently, and happily. I’m someone who brings kindness, patience, and a caring approach to everything I do. People often describe me as calm and easy to be around, which helps in building genuine, trusting relationships. I also love getting to know the people I support—their interests, routines, and what makes them feel good. I believe that support should always be tailored to the individual, and I’m always keen to learn what matters most to you so I can help in the best way possible.
