I was motivated to become a Social Carer because I’ve always been passionate about helping others and making a positive difference in people’s lives. I find it very rewarding to support individuals in maintaining their independence, dignity, and quality of life—especially when they may be facing challenges due to age, disability, or illness. I believe I’ll be good at this role because I’m patient, reliable, and compassionate. I take the time to listen and understand each person’s individual needs, and I’m committed to treating everyone with respect and kindness. Most importantly, I genuinely care about people and take pride in providing the best support I can. I really value kindness, patience, and inclusion, and I enjoy supporting people to reach their goals and feel more confident.
