I’ve been in this industry in all sorts of roles for about 14 years supporting people to reach their goals it’s is a passion of mine. Helping support people Being in the community Cooking Outdoors I have been a support worker for 14 years I previously worked as an LAC and a planner, I have been an NDIS support coordinator then moved into management roles, as a community engagement manager Intake manager and currently a service delivery manager. I love being able to come into peoples homes and lives and give them the support they need and deserve. My deep commitment to support work is evident in my passion for enhancing the quality of life for vulnerable clients. I excel in creating client-led solutions that cater to individual needs, ensuring every person I support receives personalized, effective assistance. My heart is wholly invested in my work, and I derive immense satisfaction from helping others and making a tangible difference in their lives, I am and understanding, caring, empathetic people, I respect peoples cultures and beliefs esp LGBQI community I have a lot of experience and patience. I love to be able to use my experience and knowledge to make a difference in as many lives as I can.
