My motivation to become a Social Carer comes from a deep desire to help people live with dignity, independence, and respect. During my time in India, I had the opportunity to support individuals in aged and disability care, which opened my eyes to the importance of compassion, patience, and consistency in this field. After moving to Australia, I pursued a Certificate III in Individual Support to formalize my knowledge and align with local standards. I find great purpose in building trust with people and making a positive difference in their daily lives. I believe I will be good at this role because I bring both compassion and practical experience. I’ve already worked in the care field for six months and completed relevant NDIS training. I understand the importance of clear communication, cultural sensitivity, and maintaining privacy and dignity at all times. I’m physically fit, emotionally strong, and flexible with shifts, which allows me to meet the varying needs of clients. Most importantly, I genuinely care about people and always strive to make their day a little better—whether it’s through personal care, companionship, or simply being present and attentive. I enjoy driving my car or motorcycle, exploring new places, and working on small DIY tasks. I also like staying active and spending time outdoors with family and friends. Occasionally, I enjoy watching tech videos and learning about new tools or apps that can improve daily life or work productivity.
