What motivated me to become a Social Carer is a deep-rooted commitment to supporting individuals in living more empowered and independent lives. My extensive background in community services, disability support, and youth work has not only strengthened my passion for helping others but also shown me the impact compassionate, person-centered care can have. I believe I will be good at this role because I bring a wealth of practical experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a consistent ability to build trusting relationships by prioritising empathy, active listening and personalised care. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, my beloved dog and travelling, especially to the beach, when I can.
