I support social justice and believe everyone deserves the right to live their life with meaning, dignity and respect. I have been a professional nanny for over 20 years and worked as an integration aide in high school for the past two years. I am currently working as a support worker, with neurodivergent children and teenagers. Along this journey I’ve learnt what I'm most passionate about is helping young people identify what brings them joy and supporting them to facilitate the process, advocating for them along the way. I believe connection and joy is the core of a positive and meaningful experience. I'm an absolute foodie and have studied nutrition, I love cooking and creating beautiful nourishing food, and equally enjoy sharing my knowledge. I'm a professional op-shopper and am obsessed with fashion. I enjoy getting out to local markets and events and exploring and soaking up all of Melbourne's art, music and culture. I’m very active and love moving my body - cycling, gym, dancing and gardening are all favourites. I’m a huge advocate for moving to support mental health. I am proactive, upbeat and connect with people easily. I’m nurturing and empathetic, a good communicator and great listener. I’m transparent, open-minded, reliable, efficient and FUN!
