I love to work with people - my biggest job satisfaction comes from people's happiness because of my contribution. I worked in jobs where I developed and perfect my customer service, organisational and people skills. I am very organise person and good at multitasking. I held first aid certificate and WWCC certificate. I found it made me happy when I could provide that I could be any helps to others - being pay or not pay. I love to listen to other people's stories - I believed everyone has their strength we can all learnt from. I used to provide companionship to an elderly lady when her children and grand children went overseas for holidays over period of couple years. I developed very strong relationship with the family and the lady which I continued to visit them till she passed away. I have been an active committee member of local scout and sports clubs where I worked with other volunteers to support youth development. I understand the importance of good listening and patience in dealing with people in needs. Also be strong and resilient in unexpected situation. I believe I will be a fun and enthusiastic companion to people - being listen to their stories, understand their needs or to share my own life experience and stories. I will be able to assist people to handle digital needs - online shopping, payment, inquiries etc. I also have variety of interests - love theatre/ drama, reading, travelling, cooking, gardening.
