I am passionate about making people smile by providing for them something that makes them happy, whether that be teaching them a new skill, an opportunity to share with them something that they love or providing care and support through chatting or simply just listening. My passions are photography (indoor and outdoor), all sports but especially AFL (I go to games regularly with my family) and watching and discussing the weather. I love getting out into the great outdoors, going for walks in places like the Dandenong Ranges or the Mornington Peninsula. I love exploring cafes and wandering through shops. I enjoy reading all books and have a large range of children's books! I can hand sew and use a sewing machine for basic sewing. I love dogs and taking them for walks. I have a family of my own so I am well-practised in domestic tasks, arts and crafts, games and outdoor activities. With my teaching and tutoring background I can provide help with learning new skills or just gently guiding through an activity. I have always taken a keen interest in the welfare of others and have an encouraging, supportive and empathetic approach and attitude. I especially love to build positive relationships with people and a part of this is learning about what is important to them. I am a very keen photographer with a special interest in weather and storm photography. I would love to guide someone through operating a camera (digital SLR or phone) while getting out into the great outdoors or even indoors within their home. The aim would be to have fun while learning and developing photography skills. I would love to help foster someone's passion for photography. I look forward to meeting you!
