Hey! I’m Jayde 😊 I’m new to support work, but I’m so excited to be starting this journey and getting to know the people and families I have the opportunity to support. I’m a surfer, so I’m definitely an outdoorsy person! I love getting outside, going for walks, staying active and making the most of a beautiful day. At the same time, I’m also a big homebody — I love cooking, having a cup of tea and enjoying a cosy night in. I’m about to start studying, so I’m looking for long-term work where I can build genuine connections and become someone you and your family can rely on. I’m caring, patient, dependable and committed, and I really value creating a comfortable and positive environment for the people I support. I understand that support work is about so much more than helping with day-to-day tasks. It’s about encouraging independence, supporting someone to do the things they enjoy, listening to what’s important to them and helping them feel confident and included in everyday life.
