I am an open, friendly person who has some experience in the health care sector. I work as an orthoptist which is great fun, but I feel that the corporate setting and policy driven tendencies that exist in health departments sometime limits my ability to stay connected with the empathy and compassion I have in general. I live a life on the basis of gratitude for all I have and as such find it very difficult to pass negative judgement on others regardless of their circumstances. I don't find it a burden when others want to speak about their struggles or emotions but also am understanding if they don't want to share, even if I can't offer any solutions. I hope to bring some good vibes in someone's life; they say a stranger makes a great friend! I love the outdoors. I love landscapes as I always find they can provide great clarity and perspective in times of doubt and confusion. I use the outdoors to practice mindfulness and inner peace. When sharing this, I would pick a location that is relatively secluded by easy to get to. Bring a mat and some fruit and water and encourage tapping into the stillness of the mind and drawing peace from within. This aids in reflecting on certain situations ands one to understand themselves and their emotions.
