I studied health and social care at College back in England. I got my level 3 diploma in it. I absolutely love it. My mum is also a social care worker so it runs in the family. Since coming to Australia, almost 6 years ago, I fell into event management. I’ve been there ever since, as I was offered sponsorship which then lead to our permanent residency. I’m very eager to follow my dreams now and begin my social work career. I’d make a great social worker, I just know I would! I’m such a caring, loving person. I give my all to everyone around me. I always have people’s best interests at heart and I absolutely love helping and supporting others. I’ve always been told I’m a great listener. I have so much love to give and I’m always the first to put myself out there. I’m great at time management too. I hate being late! Especially when it means letting someone down. I’ve led teams before in the past in managerial roles so I’m a good leader too. I have many passions and hobbies! One of my passions is fashion! I run a pre-loved clothing event every couple of months to encourage sustainability. It’s so much fun! I love the gym, it keeps my mind and body active and great for confidence and self esteem. It’s my happy place! I am half Italian, so can speak to a good level which has helped me in the past. I absolutely love speaking Italian as it’s my background! Also, I know I don’t have much experience in social care settings, however this really is a passion of mine and has been for a long time. I’ve worked with children before as part of my placement at College. I’ve also looked after two boys under the age of 2 for over a year. I can get references for everything if you need. I’ve just been waiting for the right time and opportunity to come up so I can put my all into it. Staying in Australia and becoming permanent residents wasn’t easy!! But, were there now. So finally time to hang up the sales coat, and really dig deep in what I love the most. Hopefully I can meet you to show you what I’m about. Bella x
