I’ve been working as a carer and support worker for over 10 years, supporting people with a wide range of needs and health conditions. In my role as a carer, I've provided both high and low-level care, confidently using various equipment suited to each task. As a support worker, I’ve gained valuable experience working with individuals with diverse disabilities including autism spectrum disorder, acquired brain injury, intellectual disability, and more. I genuinely love what I do especially the moments where I can brighten someone’s day with a smile. Helping others achieve their goals and live fulfilling, independent lives is incredibly meaningful to me. While I might be shy at first, I quickly open up after a few conversations. What I love most about my job is meeting people with unique personalities and forming real, trusting connections that help them feel safe and supported. I hold full qualifications and hands-on experience, and I’m always eager to learn new skills that enhance my role. In my downtime, I enjoy watching movies, going for walks, and listening to music to relax and recharge.
