I have an interest in peoples lives. I like to make people laugh and have fun and see people smiling and enjoying life. I like helping people achieve daily activities and making people feel worthwhile, needed and valued. Provide support in whatever the person wants to do, whether that is doing DYI projects. Happy to go to hardware stores and buy products then go home and make whatever it is the client wants to do. Take males to the Mens Shed for activities. Happy to go swimming with elderley people in heated pools so they can maintain there flexibility doing exercises. I have completed my Cert 3 in individual support in aged care + Pallative Care Unit + Medication assistance Unit. I like to help people declutter and organize their homes. I like to take people out into the community to have social activities, including taking them to Bingo playing games. I am available for overnight stays. I have completed a Cert 4 in Youth Work in Residential Care and completed a Crisis Therapeutic Training Course .
