About me

I'm here to connect, to hear your stories, and to offer support in any way I can. It matters to me to be of service. My goal is to build genuine connections, listen deeply to your experiences, and to provide meaningful support wherever it's needed. I am available to provide social and domestic assistance, including light cleaning, light yard work, transportation to and from appointments, grocery shopping, cooking and engaging in creative activities as well as indoor and outdoor adventures. In relation to working in the disability sector, I have close family members employed in roles such as Head of Inclusion, NDIS Support Coordinator and Disability Support Worker and will work as a dedicated support team assisting me as I transition into the field. I'm passionate about all things creative and expressive. I love reading, and writing-I am currently writing my own memoir, and I am working on a children's book with my son. I find real joy in music-whether it's listening, singing along or just having it on in the background while I cook. Cooking is one of my favourite ways to unwind and care for others, and I also enjoy getting my hands dirty in the garden. Being outdoors keeps me grounded, and I always feel more at ease surrounded by nature. I'm someone who genuinely enjoys a good clean and the sense of calm accomplishment can bring. Whether I'm creating something, nurturing a space, or simply exploring ideas, I find fulfillment in keeping busy and staying connected to what brings me joy. My background is rooted in hands-on, outdoor industries where I've built a strong work ethic, developed resilience and have a deep appreciation for teamwork. I have worked across horticulture in groundskeeping, conservation, Landcare and in the Cannabis Industry, often stepping into leadership roles including team leader and second-in-charge. The work was hot and challenging, and physically demanding but it taught me perseverance, adaptability and how to support others in tough environments. After years of this physically intense work and procedural cleaning, I felt a strong pull towards more personal, and meaningful connections-which has led me to pursue a role as social and domestic assistant. I'm ready to bring my care, reliability and people-first approach into this new chapter. I tend to lead with joviality, I find that light-hearted, cheerful approach can ease tension and build connection, no matter the setting.
