Supporting individuals aged 11 to 93, I help foster independence through daily tasks like cooking, cleaning, gardening, and community outings. My approach is rooted in empathy, patience, and respect, ensuring each person feels valued and supported. Seeing even small improvements in a participant’s well-being inspires me every day in this role. I LOVE animals, gardening & compost, adventures in nature: from beach to mountains, exploring our beautiful country & beyond, watching plants & trees grow, sustainability, natural medicine, creating art, writing, mindfulness, music, supporting local, exhibitions, galleries, live shows, the op shop, markets, or simply relaxing in a park with a warm drink.
