I was motivated to become a social carer because i have always had a strong desire to help others, especially those who are vulnerable or in need of support. I believe will be good at this role im naturally emphatic, patient and respectful of peoples unique background and needs. I am very passionate about caring for people from different backgrounds who are in need of support. I enjoy helping others and making a positive differences to their lives. I also have good driving skills which I believe will be helpful when it comes to taking client to appointments or helping them stay connected in their community Yes, I would like to share that I am a hardworking, reliable, and approachable person who works well both independently and as part of a team. With a background in nursing and aged care, I have experience providing personal care, emotional support, and maintaining the dignity and comfort of individuals. I'm also quick to adapt to new environments and always willing to learn new skills to improve the quality of care I provide.
