Growing up in a family of Support Workers and Carers, I’ve always been deeply passionate about helping others and empowering them with new skills. My goal is to make a meaningful and lasting impact on people's lives.

With a background in martial arts and weightlifting, I’ve enjoyed teaching others self-defense, fitness techniques, and the benefits of healthy eating habits. Additionally, as a lifelong PC and console gamer, I’m often the go-to person for family, friends, and colleagues needing help with technology or gaming.
Those close to me describe me as emotionally intelligent and compassionate. I also have personal experience navigating mental health challenges, having worked through depression and anxiety in my adolescence. These experiences have equipped me with the tools and empathy to support others facing similar struggles.

I speak, read and write English fluently, however I can also speak Persian (Farsi) if needed. I also hold a full driver's license, as well as a comprehensively insured vehicle (spacious 4-door sedan), and I'd be more than happy to provide any required transport.
