I love working with people of all walks of life. I used to be a Supported independent living manager and put my heart and soul into improving my own clients quality of life. I believe I can bring this heart and soul into being a social carer too. I know the standard of care and how important it is to give participants choice and control. I have a lot of interests and am always happy to help anyone in anyway I can. I understand people with complex needs and have a way of communicating with them to get them engaged in whatever it is that we have planned.
