I wanted to become a Social Carer because I am a determined worker with strict attention to detail. I have demonstrated extensive high -level skills in Special School, nursing home and home care. My previous workplace has enjoyed significant physical and fiscal growth under my supervision. With the flexibility to adapt to new challenges, and strong work ethic, I have proven myself to be a true asset in my previous work environment. I'll be good and excellent to become a Social Worker because I had working experience 4 years in Special School, Aged Care and Home Care. Providing daily living activities including showering, toileting, personal hygiene, grooming, dressing and undressing, meals preparation, PEG Feeding. Administering medication and adherence to individual support plans. Mentoring and skill development-guiding customers to explore and develop their personal interest / hobbies. I am enthusiastic and caring educator/social worker with a supportive attitude and ability always maintains patience, discretion, and high level of professional. I have exceptional communication skills and demonstrate a high level of commitment to creating a learning environment where all students and my clients are supported, and feel happy, safe and comfortable. I have expertise transfers using hoist including in and out bed and chairs, assisted classroom transfers from wheelchair to mat floor and from mat floor to wheelchair, transfers from wheelchair to bed and to commode and from commode to bed and to wheelchair, positioning and rolling using slide sheets and occasionally manual slings and slide boards, transfer with standing frame and standing machine. I have experience for PEG feeding. I have confidence working closely with physical disabilities and complex health impairment. I have excellent interpersonal, organizational, conflict resolution and decision-making skills and also confident working independently with strong positive work ethic. I have passion making food preparation and cooking which is it will be advantage to my client in the future. Also, I have passion to organize fun party, travelling and enjoy meet new people.
