Hi, my name is Ella, I would make a great social carer because on top of the skills, knowledge and attitude i have gained and developed over the last 10 years as a social worker, I am very passionate about helping people. I felt high level of fulfillment every time I am able to help and become an agent of change providing the right services to the clients. I always work with a compassionate heart and achieving the goals of the helping process is very valuable to me. I consider helping people as a vocation and a calling. It entails a lot of dedication and pure heart to pursue it and i believe that because of these i have sustained and have always wanting to continue the drive to serve the people and community. I acknowledge everyone uniqueness and respect them fully with worth and dignity regardless. I do devote my time with clients in a very loving, respectful, positive and warm manner, recognize the importance of goals to be established and achieved, work with them collaborately, collectively and get them participate and involve in the helping process.
