I believe I would be well suited to disability support work because I genuinely enjoy working with people, building trust, and supporting others to live fulfilling lives. I am patient, reliable, and calm, and I enjoy encouraging participation through activities such as sport, outdoor experiences, and creative pursuits. I am highly motivated to learn, open to guidance, and committed to developing the skills needed to provide quality, person-centred support. I care about doing things properly and bringing a positive, respectful attitude to everything I do.
I enjoy football and basketball, outdoor activities, being creative, and exploring new places. These interests help me connect easily with others, encourage participation, and support people to build confidence, stay active, and enjoy meaningful experiences in their daily lives.
I'm 23 tears old, for over 2 years i was a Life Guard, Gym supervisor, swim instructor, sports coach and a sports trainer running fitness sessions for private lessons and school groups at Hurstville aquatic center. Whilst enjoying these activities, i was completing my certificate in sport and rec. I am big on the outdoors so i decided to complete my carpentry apprenticeship starting in 2021 and finishing in 2025. I love being creative, social and keeping fit.
