I’ve always enjoyed helping others and making a positive difference in people’s lives. Becoming a Social Carer allows me to support individuals in achieving their goals, building confidence, and maintaining their independence. I find it rewarding to provide meaningful support and create genuine connections with the people I work with. I believe I will be good at this role because I am patient, compassionate, reliable, and a good listener. I understand the importance of treating every individual with respect and dignity while providing personalised support based on their needs and preferences. I’m also adaptable, dependable, and committed to creating a safe, positive, and supportive environment for participants.
