I am a dedicated, compassionate and reliable Support Worker with almost four years of experience providing quality support to people living with disability and older members of the community. Throughout my career, I have developed a person-centred approach that focuses on respecting each individual's choices, promoting independence, and building genuine, trusting relationships. I enjoy making a positive difference in people's lives, whether that involves assisting with daily living activities, providing community access, offering companionship, transport, meal preparation, domestic assistance, behaviour support, dementia care, manual handling, or working with participants under the NDIS. I am experienced and compassionate and have shared my hobbies and skills with current and passed clients as listed below: • Building Project & Crafts- building or making something that is rewarding and has individual satisfaction • Gardening /Horticulture – Planting, composting, growing plants and vegetables. • Walking and assist and support exercise. • Health and Wellbeing – Healthy food preparation My goal is to continue building meaningful relationships with the people I support while making a lasting contribution to their health, wellbeing and independence.
