I have always strived to bring a significant positive impact in the life of another person which led me to pursue my education in psychology. Being a social carer while studying psychology would allow me to directly observe the everyday difficulties of people with disabilities and would help me understand their situation better when I start working as a psychologist. My past experience in providing community support by being a crisis counsellor for a Mental Health Helpline and a student volunteer at an NGO for children with disabilities would help me easily establish rapport and quickly recognise the difficulties the clients are facing. I enjoy playing video games and chess. I play both singleplayer and multiplayer games and enjoy playing various other board games. I can be a great company for indoor play. I also enjoy shows and movies related to horror, thriller, crime and sci-fi. I'm a very methodical and patient individual who likes to take a pragmatic approach to challenges. I usually don't get overwhelmed with too much workload and can adjust to new situations easily. I also like to let the client engage at their own pace so if you're someone who gets overwhelmed with too much talking, you don't have about that with me
