I was motivated to become a social carer because I genuinely enjoy helping others feel supported, respected, and included. I find it rewarding to make a positive difference in someone’s day. I believe I will be good at this role because I am patient, reliable, and a good listener. I take the time to understand each person’s needs and always provide support with kindness and respect.
