Hello, my name is Lucy
I’m a bilingual (Mandarin & English) Mental Health Support Worker based in Melbourne, holding a Diploma of Counselling and a strong interest in psychosocial wellbeing, emotional recovery, and relationship support.
I have hands-on experience working in aged care and disability support, including providing personal care for individuals with physical or psychosocial disabilities. I support adults and older participants who may be experiencing isolation, anxiety, trauma, or mental health challenges — including those related to narcissistic abuse or emotional distress.
My approach is always calm, respectful, and client-led — I work at your pace, with your goals at the centre of everything we do. I value building consistent and meaningful relationships with those I support.
Services I offer:
Emotional or peer support
Social skills development
Community participation
Daily life coaching (routine building, motivation, self-care)
Personal care (with dignity, compassion, and respect)
Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, I provide culturally sensitive support for participants and families from diverse backgrounds, with empathy and cultural understanding.
I'm available on weekends and public holidays, and I prefer working with local clients to support continuity and build strong, long-term connections.
Let’s work together to create a support plan that suits your lifestyle and goals.
I’m passionate about raising awareness around Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD) and its emotional impacts. I believe in empowering individuals through education, emotional validation, and trauma-informed support, especially for those affected by narcissistic abuse.
I'm also deeply committed to community service and regularly engage in activities that promote social inclusion and wellbeing at a grassroots level. Whether it's through volunteering or informal support networks, I value connection, empathy, and advocacy in everything I do.
To stay balanced and energised, I enjoy running — it’s not just a form of exercise for me, but also a way to clear my mind and maintain emotional resilience. I also love travelling, as it allows me to explore new cultures, connect with diverse communities, and continue learning with curiosity and openness.
These personal passions and interests shape my professional approach: calm, open-minded, culturally sensitive, and genuinely client-focused.
