I enjoy fulfilling my everyday role with compassion, dedication and determination as support worker. I have also learnt and implemented many innovative person centered strategies for improving the quality of life, health and well-being of the vulnerable in society. It will depend on my assessment of the existing strength, abilities and interests of my client, in order to tailored my skills or hobbies to the needs of the person being assisted and supported in their daily living activities.
