I am keen to enable people to live their best life, from helping them tackle new challenges right through to making their everyday life more doable. I am patient, easy going, multi skilled, have energy and lots of interests. I love eating well so that means I love cooking, We live on a hobby farm , I enjoy being outdoors and active - especially gardening in my veggie patch. I sew, knit and even draw, do pottery, learn computer skills and love exploring. I find it hard to go past a good book. I also have my CPR and First Aid certificate.
