I'm happy and really be grateful when people who are surround me feeling happy. - I would like to contribute my effort to the community to build up a happy, healthy and inclusive for everyone from every culture. - I want to support people to develop their independence and capacity to live a good life, and achieve their goals. - Beside compliance with the policies and procedures as well as Code of Conduct, I'm always working with compassion and trying my best to deliver the best performance to clients. - I'm opened to receive feedback and complain to develop my performance. - With the "Tomorrow is another day", I'm willing to learn new things and gains experience from my clients, colleagues and supervisor. - Hobbies: badmintons, reading books, watching movies, talking to people, crafts and arts (painting) - NDIS: NDIS Support Coordinator for 6 months, Plan Manager for 2 months, NDIS Support Worker for 6 months - Reporting and Assessing skills: Home Safety Assessment, Comprehensive Assessment, Case Notes, Progress Report, Implementation report, build up support plan based on client's goals and needs. - Management skills: time management, client's NDIS plan budget management. - Communication skills: discuss and explain with clients about support plan, support schedule, service agreements, communicate with client to know more about their preferences, needs and goals, then together build up the support plan with them. - Personality: friendly, proactive, positive willing to learn, respect people's cultures and values, active listening, responsible.
