To start with, I like crafting and art a lot! And of course walking along the beach, I mean who doesn't love that~ Art galleries, classical music and museums are always on my list too. During the weekends, I'd like to go hiking, swimming or cooking something new and fun. I believe that discovering new activities and restaurants around the area are always adventurous and bring joy to life! I really enjoy engaging with others and learning about their lives. I feel energised and love to support them in achieving their goals. My love of people has cropped up in many ways over the years! I was a scout for more than a decade where I gain my outdoor, craft and sports experiences. During my Psychological and Mental First Aid courses, I understand that there may be ups and downs during our client's journey to accomplishing goals, and it is important to support and educate them with positive reinforcement along the way. I would make a great social carer as I believe life is better when we are connected to each other. I love keeping fit and would be delighted to teach anyone how to stay healthy mentally and physically, whether is supporting them at the gym or the pool, learning stretches, meal planning and more.
