Hi, my name is Carolyn and I love the variety of activities that social caring provides. I have experience in aged care, shopping, gardening, cooking, arts and crafts and social events. I am a certified Lifestyle, Food and Wellness coach which compliments my role as a social carer having given me the tools to be able to help people in all walks of life and situations to be able to overcome obstacles and achieve their goals. It has taught me the importance of living a balanced life covering nutrition, movement, mindset and emotional and social wellbeing. I am happy to offer my coaching services if that is of interest to you. I also love giving back to my community having worked in aged care offering beauty treatments and scrapbooking classes. I treat people as an equal, I am very friendly, caring, patient, a great listener and look on the bright side of life.
