I was motivated to become a Social Carer because I have always been passionate about supporting people in a way that makes a real difference in their daily lives. In my previous work as a psychologist/life coach, I realized that meaningful change often happens not only in therapy sessions but also through ongoing, practical support in everyday routines. Becoming a Social Carer allows me to combine empathy and active listening with hands-on assistance, helping people feel more independent, confident, and connected.
I believe I will be good at it because I bring both professional and personal qualities that are essential in this role: patience, compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills. I know how to build trust and adapt to each person’s unique needs, whether that means offering emotional encouragement, practical help, or simply companionship. I am also highly observant, proactive, and committed to ensuring people feel respected, valued, and supported in achieving their goals.
