Hey, I’m Cam! I’m a passionate and experienced disability and mental health support worker based on the Central Coast, NSW. I have extensive experience supporting individuals with diverse needs, including complex behaviours, emotional regulation, community participation and everyday independence. I’ve also worked in team leadership roles, helping create positive, safe and supportive environments. I’m a proud dad of two, an actor, artist and massive sports enthusiast. I love football, golf, music, getting outdoors and having a good laugh. I’m naturally energetic, creative and easygoing, and I bring that personality into my support work. My approach is all about building genuine connections. I believe great support goes beyond ticking boxes. It’s about trust, respect, encouragement and helping people feel confident being themselves. Whether it’s developing life skills, working towards personal goals, getting active in the community or simply having someone to chat and laugh with, I aim to make every session meaningful, enjoyable and tailored to the individual. I’m big on promoting independence, building confidence and celebrating the little wins along the way. At the end of the day, I want the people I support to feel heard, valued and genuinely excited about what they can achieve.
