My interest in becoming a Social Carer comes from over 30 years of hands-on coaching and mentoring experience across swimming, basketball, and water polo. Working in sports, particularly in one-on-one private swim instruction, has taught me how to communicate effectively, build practical trust, and help individuals steadily develop their skills and confidence. I am looking to apply these practical skills to social support, focusing on helping clients stay active and engaged. I bring a strong background in physical safety and strict compliance, alongside the patience and discipline developed through regular exercise. As a local resident, I am well-equipped to assist with community outings, reliable transport, and aquatic activities. Additionally, I am capable of assisting with practical daily tasks, including healthy meal preparation and nutrition planning, ensuring clients receive dependable, structured support tailored to their specific goals
