Hi, I’m Bianca. I’m 33 years old, originally from Romania and I moved to Australia seven years ago. I’ve been a support worker for four years and it has become one of the most meaningful parts of my life. Over the years, I’ve built wonderful connections and some of my clients have truly started to feel like family to me. Alongside support work I also work as a Sales Manager, which means I spend a lot of time communicating, building relationships and supporting people in a different way. Working closely with people in both roles has strengthened my empathy, patience and ability to understand individual needs. I became a support worker because I genuinely enjoy helping people. Making someone’s day easier, being there through challenges or simply offering a calm, reliable presence gives me a real sense of purpose. Knowing that I can make a positive difference motivates me every day. Outside of work, I’m very active and love anything outdoors. I enjoy working out, hiking, camping, travelling and living a healthy lifestyle. I also love learning and reading books, especially things that help me grow. I’m naturally organised and genuinely enjoy cleaning, which helps me create clean, calm and welcoming spaces for the people I support. I also hold a Yoga diploma that helps me bring a grounded, mindful approach to my work when needed. I aim to make people feel safe, supported, and comfortable. I’m friendly, reliable, patient and easy to communicate with. I look forward to supporting clients in a way that makes them feel valued, understood, and genuinely cared for.
