Highly organised and adaptable, I’m skilled at managing multiple tasks and adjusting effortlessly to navigate change in a calm and positive manner. In my free time, I love outdoor adventures with my family, especially a good long walk and beach days where my family and I enjoy cold ocean therapy. I’m also a dedicated to daily mindfulness and I love to read to wind down each night.
