I am a committed and self-motivated individual with experience in implementing personal support which focus on individual’s needs, wants and welfare. Working as a support worker, I have gained experienced in various aspects of care provisions, from providing high standard of care to every client. I do possess excellent understanding of promoting privacy and dignity of clients whilst enhancing their independence.. Working as a support worker revealed to me the critical need for offering kind support to those who require it. I believe my previous role equipped me with practical knowledge in recognizing individual needs and delivering care that is focused on the person. My career aspirations as a support worker are centered around constant growth and skill enhancement , therefore, I am truly dedicated to helping individuals and bringing about positive transformations within the community.
