Over the past few years, I've had the privilege to care for family who have needed support. I feel like I found my superpower. The opportunity to contribute to someone else's growth, well-being, or success brings me immense joy. I believe in the power of empathy, kindness, and collaboration in creating a supportive and nurturing environment for people to thrive. Being able to lend a helping hand, offer guidance, or simply be there for someone in need is an absolute privilege. I work in Safeguarding and am a passionate advocate for protecting children and vulnerable adults. When not working, my other passion is horses. I have 5 horses who keep us busy, and one who is learning to be a therapy horse and is the cutest thing ever. I'm involved with our local pony club and spend my spare time teaching kids all about horses. I also love reading, arts and crafts and historical dramas.
