My name is Beacky Kalo, I am a dedicated individual Disability and Mental Health Support Worker. I have 6+ years of experience in the Youth Sector, Community Services Sector and NDIS sector I believe my Transferable makes me a great Social Support Worker. My strong characteristics are compassion, rapport building, case managing and risk assessment and understanding of the NDIS Policies and Procedures. Through my versatile skill, knowledge, and background I am committed to actively support vulnerable people and Families from all areas of life. I am committed to work collaboratively with others to achieve the best outcome for vulnerable individuals and their families. Through working for multiple NDIS companies as a support worker for clients as well as complex, I have gained skills, knowledge and resilience when working with people with a Disability. I believe that I will be credible addition as a Social Support Worker due to my Compassion, Resilience and Enthusiasm. My passion is helping people, reading books, arts and crafts, spending time in nature and going on adventures.
