I wanted to become a social carer because i have always been someone who genuinely enjoys supporting people and seeing them thrive which felt like a natural fit for my empathetic nature and desire to assist those who need it most Clear and respectful communication is vital and i can convey information effectively, both verbally and in writing, and build rapport with individuals, their families and other professionals.
