Hi, I'm Andrew, an Adelaide local and experienced support worker with over four years of experience helping people live more independent and fulfilling lives. I hold Cert III and IV in Community Services, working with children clearance and current NDIS clearances, First Aid, CPR and Manual Handling qualifications.
My journey into support work was inspired by my own experiences growing up with a severe stutter. I understand how important it is to feel heard, respected and supported. That experience taught me the value of patience, empathy and genuine connection, qualities I bring to every client relationship.
Throughout my career I have supported people with disabilities, mental health challenges, Parkinson's disease, diabetes and age-related needs. I assist with community access, social support, transport, meal preparation, household tasks, gardening, appointments and helping people achieve their personal goals.
Outside of work I enjoy golf, walking, swimming, coffee catch-ups, the Adelaide Botanical Gardens, the beach and spending time with my two cats. I know Adelaide extremely well and enjoy helping people get out, stay active and remain connected to their community.
My goal is simple: to provide reliable, professional support while helping people build confidence, maintain independence and enjoy life to the fullest.
