I love people. I love meeting new people, learning about each other, and creating bonds with them. If we don't get to know each other first then, how can we know what and how to help with each other. I learned that all of us people, need help in all different ways and we can all help each other by getting to know each other, trusting each other, and most of all working together. that is what I want to do and enjoy doing. I think this makes a good social carer. Building that connection is very important when working with people of any age. Being friendly and loving comes very handy too as we try to get to know people. It's good to have that friendly and open-minded, fun/loving character to open up some doors in their heart but it is very important to keep the boundary as a carer. Client needs to see that we are here to help them and make their life in better shape. Only after they see what they want to see, they'll be honest with us. therefore, we can work together as a team. being approachable and reliable is also critical.
