I was motivated to become a Social Carer because I’ve always enjoyed helping others and making a positive difference in people’s lives. Seeing the impact that genuine care, patience, and understanding can have on someone’s wellbeing inspires me every day. I truly believe that everyone deserves to feel valued, supported, and respected — and I want to be part of creating that feeling for others.
I think I will be good at this role because I’m compassionate, reliable, and a great listener. I naturally connect with people and take the time to understand their needs. I’m also patient, responsible, and committed to making others feel comfortable and happy. My caring nature, along with my strong sense of empathy and respect for all individuals, helps me provide quality support with kindness and positivity.
I have strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills, along with a caring and reliable nature. I’m organised, attentive to detail, and always aim to make others feel comfortable, respected, and supported. I take pride in providing genuine care and building trust with the people I support, both in daily tasks and emotional wellbeing.
Outside of work, I’m passionate about cricket and futsal, which have taught me teamwork, discipline, and focus. I also enjoy watching history and geopolitical documentaries and keeping up with what’s happening around the world, as it helps me stay informed and understand different cultures and perspectives.
