Hi, I'm Alyssa! I've been working in mental health for years, and building relationships and getting to know people has always been my favourite part of the job! I love getting to know you're goals and help however I can so that you can achieve whatever you're dreaming of! Board games, music, art, LEGO, sewing, cooking and spending time with my animals is my jam. I'm a huge nerd and I love anything science related - I even have a tattoo of a Tardigrade! I've got a Bachelor of Applied Science (Psychophysiology), a Counselling Diploma, a Life Coach & NLP certification, as well as neurodivergence & gender inclusion training. I'm friendly, bubbly, fun (or at least I try to be!) and I'm always up for an adventure! I can't wait to get to know you, to be able to help you be and do whatever it is you want, and to have a great time along the way!!!
